Strength Through Diversity

Having a broad product and service offering promotes diversity among our customers and suppliers worldwide. With many global locations, we work with businesses around the world—companies of all sizes ranging from family-owned restaurants to hospitals, hotels, national accounts such as Arby's and Wendy's, and multinational brands such as Disney.

Our extensive product portfolio also allows for more opportunities related to career diversification and advancement. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer of an ethnically diverse workforce. Our people come from different geographical areas, including North and South America, Asia and Europe, and they have different cultural backgrounds, experiences and areas of expertise. We believe this diversity makes us even stronger, and our commitment to diversity and inclusion is a core focus as we continue to grow as an organization and strengthen our position in the global market. What connects us all is our commitment to each other, the company’s wellbeing, creativity, collaboration and dedication to achieving our team goals that lead to customer satisfaction, company growth and personal pride from being an extraordinary part of Hobart’s success.

Employee Resource Groups

A great way to get involved and meet new people across our organization (across businesses and geographies) has been through cross-functional professional networks, or Employee Resource Groups, for individuals with similar life experiences. A few of these networks that have gained traction and popularity among our employees include:
