Dick Hynes
Director, Consultant Services
Specialty: Healthcare

Dick Hynes has been very instrumental in promoting Hobart's sustainability initiatives internally and externally, and serves on the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program in an effort to incorporate LEED credits for foodservice operations. He is also a member of the Greenbuild 2008 Conference Committee. He presently sits on committee with the Society for Foodservice Management (SFM) and chairs the Education Committee of the National Society of Healthcare Foodservice Managers (HFM). He has previously served as chair of the HFM Industry Advisory Committee and SFM's Associate Member Action Committee. Dick is also a member of National Association of College and University Food Service (NACUFS) Industry Advisory Group. Dick has a CFSP Level I certification, is a ServSafe instructor and is also HACCP certified.

Rob Geile
Director, Consultant Services
Specialty: Higher Education/Corporate Dining

Rob Geile dedicates much of his time to working with numerous industry associations, such as Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI), NACUFS, SFM, HFM and many others. He serves on several industry advisory councils, including the FCSI Americas Board of Trustees, the FCSI Editorial Advisory Board and is the Chair-Elect for the Dietary Managers Association (DMA). Rob also has a CFSP Level I certification and is ServSafe certified.

Lisa Addison
Sales Segmentation Administrator, Consultant Services

Lisa Addison has more than 10 years of food equipment sales support experience with immediate field support for the Consultant Services Group. She also orchestrates the consultant training programs, networking events and numerous industry association sponsorship activities.

Bonita Small
Global Accounts Manager

We know our global economy presents many opportunities for overseas projects. Bonnie Small will serve as your liaison with Hobart and ITW Food Equipment Group global organizations to facilitate supply of in-country equipment that will meet end-user requirements for local codes, durability, serviceability and sustainability.

Larry Bishop
Manager Consultant Services Canada

Larry Bishop supports the Consultant Community by being a member of industry associations such as the Foodservice Consultants Society international (FCSI) and the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC)-Greater Toronto Chapter.

Rob Geile, director of Consultant Services, has recently earned LEED Accredited Professional status from the United States Green Building Council. This demonstrates Rob’s dedication to sustainability and understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System, making him an even more valuable resource for operations interested in implementing sustainable initiatives.

Kurt Wacker, director of Consultant Services, and Pepe Griffo, director of Consultant Services, recently retired. Hobart thanks both for their years of service and wish them well in their future endeavors.
