Hobart’s FT900 Dual-Rinse Flight-Type Warewashers are engineered to reduce water use and energy consumption while maintaining all NSF standards for cleaning and sanitizing. The FT900D has a throughput of more than 15,000 pieces of ware per hour and reduces water consumption from 168 gallons per hour (gph) to 90. The FT900SD can clean more than 10,000 pieces of ware per hour and uses only 72 gph.

The additional savings can be thousands of dollars a year with the reduction of the final rinse water, the energy to heat the water and the decreased wastewater fees. By incorporating Hobart’s patented Opti-Rinse™ technology, which alone cuts rinse-water consumption by up to 73 percent on some flight-types, the new dual-rinse machines can further reduce the rinse water by up to another 46 percent.
