We are proud to be involved in various community projects. Our employees are known for their fundraising spirit, and Hobart supports their charitable initiatives through ITW's 3 to 1 Gift Matching Program.
Combined efforts helped in raising $27,000, which gave our team the Diamond Award - the highest charity award in the area.

We also support United Way and American Cancer Society’s main fund-raiser – Relay for Life. In addition to that our employees have been involved in various assistance programs such as:

Big Brothers Big Sisters, which is mentoring program that matches volunteers and children in need for attention and one-to-one relationship

Leadership Troy Program, which is supposed to improve leadership skills in the local community through trainings and seminars

Lunch Buddies Program, which is fostering promotion of education and financial support for children in Troy’s elementary schools
