CONVEYOR TYPE

Hobart’s CLe and C-Line models are all ENERGY STAR® rated, saving you energy and water on every cycle.

With their Hobart-exclusive Opti-RinseTM technology using less than half the rinse water and half the energy compared to models without it, the CLe and C-Line warewashers can save you more than $9,000 and $6,000 a year, respectively. ENERGY STAR® rated, they are essential components of any sustainable foodservice operation.

In medium- and high-volume operations where the dishes keep on coming, the racks have to keep on rolling. Hobart reliability and dependability are legendary. In fact, Hobart warewashers have the highest documented uptime in the industry. Constructed of stainless steel, both the CLe and the C-Line are built to last for years, saving you energy, water and money for years.

Introducing the Hobart CLe Warewashers

The most efficient use of energy, water, labor and floor space of any conveyor warewasher in the industry.

The ENERGY STAR® rated CLe Warewashers can clean up to 8,550 dishes an hour with 50% less rinse water and energy than models without Opti-Rinse, and in less space than comparable models. From the enhanced Power Scrapper to the patent-pending thermal layered curtains, the CLe features the most advanced technology in warewashing today.

With Hobart CLe Warewashers, a saving of $9,192 a year is only the beginning.

That’s just what you’ll save, thanks to Hobart’s exclusive Opti-Rinse technology, which can reduce the final rinse water required to as low as .39 gallons per rack.

To preserve energy and add savings, the CLe has an Auto-timer that automatically shuts off the pumps and conveyor after a preset time of inactivity. It restarts the warewasher when a new rack enters.

An exclusive Energy Saver mode can be set by the customer to automatically shut off the heating elements after one to six hours of inactivity.

The 22" Power Scrapper helps save water, labor and detergent, and is as effective removing heavier food soils as comparable 36" units—saving valuable floor space.

Up to 8,550 dishes an hour.

There’s a size and model of CLe Warewasher to match your operation’s volume and specific dish-soil-removal needs. Choose the model that’s right for you—from 202 to 342 racks—or 5,050 to 8,550 dishes—per hour.

Hobart’s exclusive, patent-pending Rapid Return™ drive system delivers a more consistent and even motion of the racks, improving the wash and rinse results. The dual-rack drive mechanism reduces jams, allowing for a full wash and rinse spray pattern.

Hobart’s Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) wash arm design increases wash performance by up to 5% over conventional models.

A warewasher that’s built to last because the dishes never end.

A quick glance at the digital display verifies the machine status and temperatures. The display can also be programmed to provide delime notification, low temperature and dirty-water indicators

The combination of models and configurations makes the CLe Warewasher remarkably flexible. It’s available in a variety of single- and double-tank models, ranging in overall length from 44" to a maximum of 86".

In a busy dishroom, every timesaver means a more productive staff.

The CLe Warewasher has large, hinged doors for easy access to the interior. The wash arm manifolds are not only easy to take off and clean, but they’re also self-aligning, ensuring proper positioning and a uniform spray pattern.

The easy-access drain lever is located outside the water zone for operator convenience. And a single strainer pan and basket mean fewer things to remove for breakdown and cleaning. The wash pipe is also mounted on the exterior of the machine, providing a clutter-free interior, further simplifying wipe-down.

Inch for inch, the most productive conveyor warewashers in the industry.

The Hobart CLe packs more productivity into every square inch than ever before. That’s what let us reduce not only the number of models but also the whole line to a very accommodating length—from 44" to a maximum of 86". Our longest model is now a full 38" shorter. That means you can pack more productivity into even smaller dishrooms.

Easy to install and, if necessary, simple to service.

Diagnostics built into the warewasher’s software makes service more efficient. Which means you can be up and running faster, with less downtime and at a higher level of efficiency than ever.

The C-Line warewashers

There are more C-Line warewashers in dishrooms around the country than any other conveyor-type warewasher. It is literally the warewashing workhorse of the industry—and is a highly productive one.

The ENERGY STAR® rated C-Line has a number of features to increase productivity. The solid-state controls are top-mounted for easy access of service. Auto-fill simplifies operation while ensuring optimum tank levels. The anti-clogging, debossed wash arms are manifold and easy to remove and clean, for optimum efficiency.

The sloping screen and lift-out basket capture food soil for quick cleanup. The dual-rack drive mechanism reduces jams and allows for a full wash and rinse spray pattern. The fixed intake screen keeps debris out of the pump, reducing downtime.

A stainless steel front panel, chamber and legs help ensure a long life. Hobart’s deep tank is designed to maintain water temperature and save energy. The door-actuated drain closures help save labor, water and detergent.

Also available in single- and double-tank models, the C-Line could be the workhorse of your kitchen for years to come.
