In as little as two minutes, Hobart’s AM Select and UW-50 can each clean and sanitize the toughest baked-on food soil and dirt on pots and pans, saving you both time and money by eliminating the intensive and time-consuming job of soaking, scraping and scrubbing by hand. With both warewashers, you simply place the pots, pans and other cooking ware in the rack, load, select the time variable—2, 4 or 6 minutes, depending on the load and its food soil/dirt content—and start the machine.
