Hobart Center for Foodservice Sustainability Grant.
The Hobart Center for Foodservice Sustainability has established a $5,000 grant to honor the individual or company submitting a sustainability case study judged as the most innovative and best-executed foodservice sustainability project of the year. The winner receives a cash award of $5,000 to invest in additional sustainability measures, and will be invited to become a Fellow of the HCFS and help select future operations for grant recognition.
The grant will be presented at the 2008 Greenbuild Expo held November 19 - 21, 2008 in Boston, MA. The recipient will be invited to Greenbuild Expo as a guest of the HCFS and will receive their grant. A copy of the full official rules for this program is available here.
