National Sales Manager
Stephanie Luros-Gilbert, National Sales Manager, Consultant Services for Hobart, Traulsen & Baxter, is a trusted expert in both the foodservice and hospitality arenas. She possesses 20+ years of experience as a business development and marketing catalyst in her field and as such, she brings ample industry knowledge and expertise to operators and industry partners alike.
In her role, Stephanie serves as a key resource to the specifying community, while engaging in a multitude of volunteer leadership roles in key trade associations within the foodservice industry. She currently serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals, the Association for Healthcare Foodservice Membership Committee, the Society for Hospitality & Foodservice Management’s Diversity Committee, and is proud to have been appointed as Co-Chair of the Association of Correctional Food Service Affiliates 2018 Annual Conference.
Building on her previous career accomplishments in heightening market presence and visibility as Director of Marketing & Business Development for Kitchens To Go, Built by Carlin and previously as Senior Director of Marketing for Computrition, Inc., Stephanie leverages her insight, both as an operator early in her career and subsequently as a supplier, to offer needed solutions within the foodservice marketplace.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as well as an Advanced Certification in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, Greystone. She is a Certified LEED Green Associate with the USGBC, a Fe3 Foodservice Energy Efficiency Expert, and a NAFEM Certified Food Service Professional, Level II.
