The QuantumMax is the popular Hobart service scale with Flash RAM technology, which lets you update each chip from the server. With Flash RAM, all of your programs will become more effective, including loss prevention, cross merchandising, preferred customer programs, label graphics, food safety, customer display and operator efficiency (the touch screen makes for single-digit operation).
