Hobart Announces Custom-Designed Mixer and Food Processor Giveaway Winners

TROY, Ohio (May 14, 2026) — Hobart, the premium commercial food equipment manufacturer known for designing and building some of the most reliable, must-have equipment, has announced the winners of its custom-designed mixer and continuous-feed food processor giveaway at the International Pizza Expo in in Las Vegas.
Dennis Mannle, owner of Il Lago Pizza & Pasta in Westwood, Calif., won a Legacy+® HL662 60-quart pizza dough mixer valued at $50,000. Owen Moore, owner of The Dough Joe restaurants and food truck in Bandera and Boerne, Texas, won a FP250 continuous-feed food processor valued at $12,000.

This year’s custom-designed mixer and food processor celebrated everyone’s love of pizza with the theme of “That’s Amore”.

The Legacy+ HL662 is specifically designed for mixing heavy pizza dough and is powered by the Hobart-exclusive PLUS system that drives more power to the bowl and ensures consistent mixing and output. It also has the NoChipMax™ System that prevents chipping on the planetary and attachment hub that can occur with painted mixers.

The FP250 continuous-feed food processor can process 17 pounds per minute and is available with cutting tools for slicing, crimping, grating and shredding product, including fruits, vegetables, hard cheeses and nuts.
