The VS9 Vegetable Slicer shows its true flexibility with the PD35 and PD70 power drive units. It’s easy to install too. You just slide it on the power drive hub, tighten with the thumbscrew and you have a powerful and flexible food-prep system.

Bring powerful flexibility to any kitchen.

Each powered by a ½ HP motor, the stainless steel PD35 and PD70 power drives generate speeds of 350 rpm and 700 rpm, respectively. Its housing and cover are constructed of stainless steel, while its output shaft is made of hardened steel. Hobart Power Drive Units are built to last.
