Great for small applications, the Hobart N50 mixer measures up! The heavy duty motor and gear-gear driven transmission helps ensure consistent performance. This countertop model is ideal for culinary schools, small bakeries and restaurants.
A small mixer, designed for continued flexibility and streamlined operations
Ease of operation is critical in a mixer, because complexity makes it virtually impossible to achieve the consistency of mix that chefs need. The N50 has a three-speed transmission with the shift handle located right next to the purposely large On/Off switch. The operator simply picks the speed the mix calls for and activates the On switch.

Standard equipment on the N50 includes the stainless steel 5-quart bowl, a “B” flat beater, a “D” wire whip and an “E” dough hook. All Hobart mixers are designed for long-term usage under heavy-duty conditions.
To make operation of the N50 5-Quart Mixer simple, the On/Off switch was designed to be large and easy to locate by any operator.
With three fixed speeds to choose from, operators simply choose the correct speed and begin mixing ingredients consistently each time.
