OFFICIAL RULES
FOR HOBART LEGACY+® MIXER AND FP250 FOOD PROCESSOR SWEEPSTAKES AT THE INTERNATIONAL PIZZA EXPO 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Hobart 2026 International Pizza Expo Promotion (“Promotion”) is a trade promotion that begins March 24, 2026, at
8:00 a.m. PDT and ends on March 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PDT (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is sponsored by Hobart, a division of ITW Food Equipment Group, 701 S. Ridge Ave., Troy, OH 45373 (“Sponsor”). All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY / WHO MAY PARTICIPATE: The Promotion is open to residents of the United States who are 18 or over, who are either an owner, operator, manager or designated representative of a pizzeria or pizza-concept restaurant in the continental United States, Mexico or Canada (“Business”) and an attendee of the 2026 International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, NV (the “Event”). All employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, an subsidiaries (“Sponsor Personnel”) and the immediate families and household members of Sponsor Personnel, are not eligible to enter or win.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the Hobart Booth at the Event during the Promotion Period, and scan the QR code to fill out the entry form. Complete all required fields on the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person, per Business.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or
unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or other damages caused to participant’s system.

WINNER SELECTIONS & PRIZES: On or about March 25, 2026, an authorized representative of Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries. The winner will receive a custom-designed Legacy+® pizza dough mixer (ARV: $50,000). The winner need not be present at the drawing. Immediately following the selection of this winner, an authorized representative of Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all remaining eligible entries. The winner will receive a custom-designed FP250 food processor (ARV: $12,000). The winner need not be present at the drawing to win.
The potential winners will be announced at the drawing (subject to verification) and formally notified no later than March 26, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each winner is responsible for compliance with any of its employer’s rules regarding participation in promotions and the acceptance of prizes.
Upon selection, each winner will be required to provide verification of employment. In the event that a winner does not provide this information within a reasonable time, or if a winner is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner from all remaining entries. All rules listed above with regard to eligibility will remain in effect for the alternate drawing.
There shall be no prize substitution or cash redemption, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein, if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Other restrictions may apply. Each prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner and/or Winner’s employer. Each selected participant will be provided with an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (“Release”) that must be executed, returned to Sponsor within a designated time, and verified before he/she is declared the Winner and any prize is awarded. Winner’s employer may also be required to sign documentation related to the prize award.

CLAIMING PRIZE: Each person selected as a winner also agrees to: a) verify eligibility, grant his/her/their consent to the use of his/her/their name and likeness in advertising without further compensation, b) release Sponsor and its associates from all liability, claims and actions of any kind for injuries, damages or losses to persons or property which may be incurred in connection with the claiming, receipt or ownership of the prize, c) agree to assume any and all costs and liabilities that arise out of the winning of or ownership of the prize, including but not limited to taxes, fees and costs that result from winning or using the prize, and d) agree to hold Sponsor harmless from any such liabilities.

PRIZE DELIVERY: Each prize will be delivered to Winner’s place of business listed on the entry form, and will be installed by an authorized representative of Sponsor on a mutually agreeable date. Sponsor will bear the cost of delivery and installation of the Prize to Winner’s specified location. In the event the Winner is identified as an individual on the entry form, the prize will be awarded to Winner’s employer and delivered to the address listed on the entry form.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: The decisions of Sponsor in all matters relating to the rules and this Promotion shall be final. By entering the Promotion, participants agree that Sponsor and its promotional partners, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, representatives and officers of any of the above shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property damages sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in this Promotion.
If a selected participant fails to return the Release in a timely manner, or his/her identity cannot be verified, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner who will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Promotion or change any element thereof, at any time if tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, or due to printing errors or other mistakes in the production of the Promotion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person who is in violation of these Official Rules. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and release Sponsor and its agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of their participation in the Promotion or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize. Winner’s employer will also be required to attest to the same in documentation.
Except as otherwise contemplated in these rules or in any publicity release, information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion will be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s online privacy policy posted at Privacy Policy | ITW Food Equipment Group.
In the event of a dispute concerning who registered to participate in the Promotion, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email account and who is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address utilized to enter the Promotion. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry may be deemed ineligible.
Participants agree by entering the Promotion that they are abiding by any rules or regulations set by their employer as to the entry into promotions or the acceptance of prizes. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or from participation in the Promotion; (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; or (iv) late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver the notification to Winner.

On 3/25/26, one (1) entry will be randomly selected from eligible entries to receive one (1) custom-designed Legacy+® HL662 pizza mixer (ARV: $50,000). Then, one (1) entry will be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries to receive one (1) custom-designed FP250 food processor (ARV: $12,000). All federal, state, and local laws apply.
